Here at Covenant Construction we recycle over 98% of your construction waste. This means that 98% of the materials we take out of your house, and any waste created during the renovation or addition is recycled. Isn’t it great to know that your demolition materials aren’t ending up in a land fill?
Building is a science – like chemistry and biology – the science of building is growing at a pace that is astonishing. Just like buying a car is much more complicated than when my parents bought their 1977 Ford. While I do my own research I really rely on the experts, and that is why we are here to support your efforts in learning about Green products and how they can be incorporated into your project. All of our staff regularly attend Green Building seminars, Craig has been the only renovation team member of the LEEP (London Energy Efficient Program) and, we are certified Green Renovators by the OHBA.
As Kermit the Frog says “It’s not easy being green”. There are so many products, so many resources and it is tough to know where to start. This is why we have invested a lot of time researching what is Green, what is tested and what makes sense.
Your reason for going Green could be any number of things, but most of us feel that we need to be more environmentally conscious and overall want to participate in the Green effort.
Stay tuned as we add some of our favourite Green product links and reviews.
